New songs I love

Hello people I am here in San Francisco so I haven't really posted anything in a while, I'm too busy being a tourist. But you can expect pics once I get back home. Anyways the reason for this post is just randomness, I guess. I have been listening to a ton of new bands and want to post their awesome songs. Here they are:
I would post a ton more songs, but I think I'll leave it at that. Sorry for a short post, but I don't have all the time in the world. Bye!

Summer bucket list

I mentioned in an earlier post that I had a summer bucket list, so I posted it on the sidebar here. I know some of it doesn't make sense or is even stupid to some people, but these are things I've been wanting to do for a long time. I know I may not finish all of this in a summer, but I have to try. Wish me luck!

Something close to my heart.....

Well today was a pretty eventful day for me, it probably changed me forever. I know that sounds dramatic but it's true. I have so much to talk about but I'll start at the beginning. Ok so I was asleep when my mom woke me up at six, which is okay for school but not okay for summer vacation. I was at a party the day before so I was kinda tired. So anyways my mom woke me up and we got ready and left headed to L.A. I found out we were going to a Radio Guadalupe event. So immediately I thought UGHHHHH!!!!

This was my face...or would be if I was a baby\
So in case you're thinking what the heck is that, well Radio Guadalupe is a Catholic radio station that broadcasts mostly in Spanish. I know it's important for me to have God in my life, but I get tired of listening to the same thing over and over. My mom listens to it all the time in the car so we always fight. She wants her 87.7, I want my 98.7 and KROQ.
So anyways we got to the Sports Arena by the L.A Colosseum and I realize that this is not like the other conventions they hold. It was called Unidos Por la Vida, which means United for Life. It was a gathering of a bunch of people like me who are pro-life or against abortion.
Now I hate to say it, but I have a really short attention span when people give speeches, especially when it involves religion. But I was captivated the whole time we were there which was like, seven hours. I always thought the issue was bad, but this showed it to me in a new light.
What suprised me the most was the speakers that came. Singers, actresses, the former treasurer of the U.S, even the governor of Texas was there. But who really inspired me was Lila Rose. At 14 she vowed to stop abortion. The part that I thought was really cool was that she went undercover and filmed what Planned Parenthood was doing like telling girls to lie about their age and being ok with prostitutes coming in. They have footage of it in their website which is here:

It made me feel like I should speak up about this and from now on I will.

Waste of time

Not much happening in my life right now :(. I have finals and am supposed to be studying. But I really don't find a need to study, except in math. So right now I'm just writing and browsing other websites and blogs. I still have hope for the summer though. Well back to being bored.

Take me out to the ball game...

These were actually taken about a month ago but I forgot about them. But I'll post them because I like them. I usually like going to Dodgers Stadium, but by the eighth inning I was kinda bored. So I just started taking random pictures. I used Instagram for the effects.

Oh, and if you want to see the rest of the photos I took in Arizona, just look me up in Instagram @whatcanyoudo.

Recap of Memorial Day weekend...

I thought this four day weekend like any long break would consist of me watching TV and being stuck babysitting my brother. But it was actually cool. I went to Sedona, Arizona. ( Hey it rhymes). So after a seven-hour long road trip, we finally got there and the first thing you see are rocks. Then more rocks and more rocks. But they are a really cool rusty red color. I have some pics of them, but something's wrong with my phone so I'll post them up later. Anyway, we also went to a cool park called Out of Africa. I do have some pics of that.
I love zebras!!( I love black and white in general)

Close up of Kebo,the giraffe.

More zebras!! Heh, heh

This is a wildebeast...I think
I thought that part was really cool. I just had one problem with the place. I didn't like how they fed the animals, like the lions and tigers. They just threw hunks of meat over the fence. I was thinking Really? How would you like your food flung at you?
